These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Profcor Accounting Services website and our professional services. By accessing our website or engaging with our services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. SERVICES PROVIDED
Profcor Accounting Services offers:

  • Accounting & Bookkeeping Services
  • Payroll Management Services
  • Tax Compliance & Advisory Services
  • Business Registration & CIPC Compliance
    All services are provided in accordance with South African laws and industry regulations.

3. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
By engaging our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information
  • Cooperate in providing required documentation (e.g., financial statements, tax records)
  • Make timely payments for services as per the agreed terms
  • Comply with all legal and regulatory requirements
    Failure to meet these obligations may result in delays or termination of services.

4. PAYMENT TERMS

  • Fees for services are communicated upfront and must be paid within the agreed timeframe.
  • Late payments may result in interest charges or service suspension.
  • All invoices must be settled in full before final document submission.
  • We do not offer refunds as our services are not sold online.

5. CONFIDENTIALITY & DATA PROTECTION

  • All client data and financial information remain confidential.
  • We take reasonable steps to protect client data but are not liable for external breaches beyond our control.
  • Clients must also take steps to protect their account credentials and shared financial data.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Profcor Accounting Services is not liable for:

  • Any financial losses resulting from incorrect information provided by the client.
  • Any delays caused by government agencies or third parties.
  • Any technical issues that are beyond our control.
    Our maximum liability for any claims is limited to the fees paid for the affected service.

7. CANCELLATIONS & TERMINATION

  • Clients may cancel ongoing services with a 30-day written notice.
  • We reserve the right to terminate services if clients fail to comply with legal, ethical, or financial obligations.

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

  • Any disputes must be communicated in writing within 7 days of the issue arising.
  • If disputes cannot be resolved amicably, they will be subject to arbitration in Pretoria, South Africa.

9. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by South African law. Any legal proceedings must take place in Pretoria, South Africa.
